Alfred Phahlani is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. His career spans more than 15 years of varied experience in project management, financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. An astute leader and an outstanding manager who has the insight to recognize opportunities and challenges and the ability to realign employees and company resources to deal with change.

Jacob Moche

Chief Operations Officer

 

Jacob Moche is an excellent manager with shrewd organisational and leadership abilities. A manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills. With over 15 years of demonstrating an aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving. He is a strategic planner, business development strategist. He maintains and improves efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality across all operations at Lopham and plays a critical role in determining and implementing company strategy.

Frikkie Louw

Chief Data Engineer

 

Frikkie Louw is responsible for the management of data and analytics at Lopham. With over 16 years experience in data analysis and interpretation, Frikkie helped add value to various provincial and national clients. An organized, highly effective and hardworking individual that makes sure the company is able to deliver according to the client's vision. He plays a leading strategic role where he defines and oversees how the business captures, maintains, and applies data and information in order to support key business processes to client's expectations.
